Ingredients:
2 strawberries
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Strawberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. simple syrup
dash of orange juice

Directions: Combine all of the ingredients except the strawberries and orange juice in a cocktail strainer with ice.  Shake until mixed, and strain into a martini glass.  Add the orange juice and garnish with strawberries. Nice and sweet, just like our favorite spaceship mechanic.

Strawberries & Cream Pie

I’ve made this twice now and it has been delicious. My first one turned out a bit softer than I wanted it to be, so I added about half a block of cream cheese more than the recipe called for to my 2nd attempt and it was perfect.
