Just finished watching The Matrix.

I forgot how much I love all of those concepts. Some character problems—but every movie, nearly, suffers from those. I noticed something I didn’t the first time—Neo is a lot more expressive, and less rubbery, in the real world. I wonder if that was intended. I mean, he’s still pretty rubbery, but it’s lessened somewhat; he’s not quite as numb when he’s on the Neb.

Don’t talk to me about the sequels—those never happened.
